What is Forged in Faith
Who we are: We are a small group of believers from diverse backgrounds, united by our faith in Christ and our desire to walk alongside one another. Forged in Faith is being built on authentic relationships and encouragement rooted in Scripture, where people can come as they are and grow together in trust and purpose. Though we are new, our vision is to create something lasting.
What we do: We are working to create spaces—through small groups, gatherings, and community events—where Christians can connect, be encouraged, and be equipped to live out their faith at work, home and the world. As this effort grows, there will be more opportunities to engage. Please return to this site for updates as new gatherings and initiatives are launched.

Brad Powers
Founder
Brad helped start Forged in Faith out of a passion for connecting Christians through real relationships and encouragement rooted in Scripture. With experience in law, business, and community leadership, he brings both practical know-how and a heart for building Christ-centered community where people can grow in faith and purpose.
Luke Turczynski
Founder
Luke helped found Forged in Faith to help believers grow in authentic, Christ-centered community. A Senior Application Developer with a background in computer engineering, Luke brings problem-solving skills, leadership, and a passion for walking alongside others in faith and purpose.
Dennis Haislip
Founder
Dennis helped found Forged in Faith with a desire to use his gifts to serve and strengthen Christian community. Dennis has spent decades in the entertainment industry and brings decades of experience in music production, live sound, and leadership—along with a reputation for being steady under pressure, detail-oriented, and dedicated to excellence. His heart is for creating spaces where people can encounter God, grow in faith, and encourage one another.
Mike Warnick
Founder
Mike helped found Forged in Faith to foster authentic, Christ-centered community. With degrees in Media Design and Public Relations & Marketing, and years of experience as a graphics coordinator and freelance artist, he brings creativity, communication skills, and a heart for encouraging others to grow in faith and purpose.
